Volunteer Forms

If you are interested in volunteering at the Flagler Humane Society please print out the Volunteer Application and Volunteer Waiver forms, fill them out, and then bring them to the shelter at:

1 Shelter Drive, Palm Coast, FL. To get to the shelter go all the way west on Palm Coast Parkway (Exit 289 off of I-95) to US 1. Turn right (North) and after approximately 1/2 mile look for the shelter entrance on the right.
